General
“I” refers to the artist Nemia and “You” refers to the commissioner.
- Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
- You will only receive a digital file of the art and there won't be any physical shipping.
- I have the right to decline any commissions without providing a reason.
- For headshots i work with 3000x3000 px square canvas, and for the rest i generally use 300/3500x4000 px canvas, however this might change depending on the subject&composition. If you have specific request, let me know.Things I Will Draw and Won't DrawWill draw:

- Payments are done through Buy Me a Coffee/ Vgen depending.
- No refunds if the work is started.
- I will start working on the commission once the agreed payment is done.
- If the request is for commercial use, additional fees might apply.Revisions
- 2 big revisions through sketch phrase and up to 3 small revisions through the rest of the process.
> Big revisions: Pose, composition, character, light.
> Small revisions: Slight color changes, addition or elimination of certain elements.
- No revisions "Surprise Me!" or "Sketch" commissions.

- Deadline depends on the size and complexity.
- If you have a hard deadline, please indicate it in the request form. A rush fee might apply.
- Once finished, I will send you pngs files, with and without watermark. I do not provide psd files for regular commissions, if you would like to have layers separated psd file for animation, please let me know beforehand. Additional fees might apply.Use & Intellectual Property Rights
- Unless stated otherwise, the commission is for personal use only.
- You may make prints of it for personal use in small quantities.
- You may use it as profile picture, post it on social medias etc. while giving credit
- You cannot re-sell the artwork or use it commercially unless it is commercial commission.
- You cannot edit or claim the work as yours.
- I reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution.
- I am allowed use this artwork for portfolio, resume or advertisement needs.
- I am allowed to post work in progress posts, stream the process, and post the end product on my social media. If you want the piece to be made private let me know beforehand. Depending on complexity of the work, privacy fees might apply.
- You are not allowed to use any of my artwork to be utilized for NFTs or other crypto-currency or to fund or support Artificial Intelligent databases, or used to generate AI images, regardless of if its your commission or not.Communication
